This Privacy Policy describes how GrowthOptiqs (“GrowthOptiqs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use our websites, apps, and services, including growthoptiqs.com, app.growthoptiqs.com, and help.growthoptiqs.com (collectively, the “Services”).

We (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process:

GrowthOptiqs may allow you to connect third-party services (for example, analytics or advertising platforms such as Google services). If you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access, process, and display information from that provider as needed to provide the Services.

The information we access depends on the permissions you grant during the connection process. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration within the Services or through the third-party provider’s settings.

3) How We Use Information

  • Track credits/usage limits and enforce plan feature gating
  • Generate tool outputs (including AI-generated outputs where applicable)
  • Store your saved work and tool history where the Services provide those features

  • Improve features, workflows, and product performance
  • Communicate with you (support, important service notices, account updates)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights

4) AI Features and Generated Outputs

Some Tools may use AI to generate or summarize information. AI-generated outputs:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case
  • Are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice
  • Should be reviewed and validated before use in business decisions, ads, or published materials

We may process your inputs to generate outputs and operate the Services. We do not sell your prompts or tool inputs.

5) Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may create aggregated and/or de-identified data from information collected through the Services, including tool inputs and usage data, to:

  • Improve and refine the platform and tools
  • Develop new features and benchmarks
  • Understand usage trends and product performance
  • Produce internal research and reporting
  • Compile year-end summaries, trends, and performance insights

Aggregated and de-identified data does not identify you personally. We may use and retain this data for as long as permitted by law, including after an account is closed.

We will not publish case studies or examples that identify you, your business, or your connected accounts without your explicit permission.

6) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and maintain sessions
  • Remember preferences and settings

  • Understand how the Services are used
